(Minghui.org) I am the husband of a Falun Dafa practitioner. I regret that I had not begun practicing Falun Dafa until recently, even though I promised to practice a long time ago. I used all sorts of excuses. Despite that, Master never gave up on me and has protected me time and time again.
After some reflection, with the help of my wife, I learned a great deal from programs on the New Tang Dynasty TV station. I am more clear now on the evil nature of the Chinese Communist Party. I made up my mind to practice Falun Dafa. I would like to share the story of me and my family below.
Healed Without Surgery
My daughter is a factory worker. She also believes in Falun Dafa. Due to her working environment, she has not officially practiced yet.
A long time ago, she had a growth on her left palm. Since then, she could not touch flour, oil or any cosmetics, or it would become unbearably itchy.
When I was working out of town in 2008, she suddenly called me saying that her growth suddenly got bigger and itchier. She could not work anymore. I wanted her mother to take her to the hospital, but she insisted on going with me. I returned home and took her to the hospital. The doctor suggested surgery, but she was very scared of it. I told her since she did not want surgery, then she had to listen to her mother and recite the auspicious phrases “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” She agreed and I went back to work.
My daughter called me two days later and told me that her growth was gone! I could hardly believe her! When I returned home, I was anxious to see her hand. I was amazed that the growth was truly gone! It never returned! That was the power of Dafa!
Sickness Rectified in the Positive Energy Field
I returned home from my out-of-town job in 2008 to help my neighbor prepare for his son's wedding. I had been sick for a few days due to the frigid weather before my homecoming. The morning of my trip back home, I coughed a bit harder and blood came out of my mouth. I was scared.
As soon as I returned home, I went to see my neighbor, who happened to the doctor of the village. He blamed me for not seeking medical treatment while I was out of town. He suggested IV fluid and other treatment. I said maybe later since I came to help him, I wanted to finish the work first.
I worked all day without a break. After I came home, my wife made a home remedy (pear cooked with honey) for coughing. I recovered the next day. No more coughing. I worked another day. My appetite was back as well, and I had no more coughing!
I know now why I got better so fast. When I came home, I was immersed in Dafa’s righteous energy field, which rectified the abnormal state I developed while out of town. After I read Falun Dafa books and had a better understanding of the practice, I realized how fortunate I was.
Danger Averted
I could never forget a day in 2020. I narrowly escaped a life and death accident.
On the afternoon of May 19, it was raining heavily. I was working to dismantle the elevator in the elevator shaft. We started on the sixth floor and kept on. Everything went on normally until we reached the third floor. I was working hard and the wire rope suddenly broke. Before I could react, the elevator fell straight from the third floor into the pit on the first floor.
I realized that the accident was meant to take my life, but I only suffered a minor injury with a finger by the metal wire. The danger was averted! I was fortunately to have carried the Dafa amulet with me. Without Master Li's protection, I might have been gone already!
