(Minghui.org) I visited my brother in prison in 2006. He is also a practitioner. On the train ride back home, a middle-aged woman sat across from me. I started a conversation, and she told me that she had been home for the dividing of her parent’s estate. She was angry that the estate was divided unfairly, and her brother ended up seizing a larger portion.
I told her about the principle of loss and gain that I enlightened to from Dafa’s teachings. I asked her if she believed that human beings reincarnate. She said she wasn't sure. I told her that reincarnation is true, and many people who believe it have shared their stories.
I said, “The portion that your brother seized might be what you owed him in a previous life, and you repaid him in this life. If he indeed has taken too much, then he will have to repay you in the next life. It is a heavenly principle that one needs to pay off one’s debts. Moreover, if you destroy the relationship with your brother, you may not be able to mend it in the future regardless of how much money you have. You’ll find the sky and the sea are boundless if you just take a step back.”
She was happy and exclaimed, “You spoke so well. My mind is suddenly clear. I feel you must be good at advising people!”
I told her I was a Falun Dafa practitioner and learned these principles from Dafa’s Master (Li Hongzhi). I also talked about the Tiananmen Square immolation, the rock engraved with the Chinese characters for “Heaven will eliminate the Chinese Communist Party” (CCP), the past CCP campaigns, and the importance of quitting the CCP and its affiliate organizations.
She told me she had been a Young Pioneer, as well as a member of the Youth League, and asked me to help her to submit her withdrawal using the fictitious name “Xiaoqiu.” She said her husband was a Party member and asked me to help him quit the CCP too. I told her to first get her husband’s consent. She agreed and was confident that her husband would also quit.
We talked a lot on the way and got off the bus at the same stop. She touched my arm and said with tears in her eyes, “I will remember you fondly!”
She wanted to call a taxi for me, but I declined the offer and thanked her. I also thanked Master in my heart for saving a life.
“Wonderful, I Will Quit!”
I went to Hunan Province in 2013. In a park building, I saw a steel mill a short distance away. The mill had contaminated the whole city. I spoke to a man sitting next to me, “See how badly the air is contaminated!” He agreed.
I said, “This is the harm that science brings to mankind. Contamination of air, water, and food have brought people too many disasters. But people cannot solve them. How much money will it take to restore the blue sky? The officials are only interested in their own power and personal gain. They do not care about the welfare of the next generation. Nowadays, people only pay attention to money, and ignore moral values. Humankind seems hopeless!”
He agreed. I asked him if he had heard of quitting the CCP and its affiliates. He said no. I then clarified the facts about Falun Dafa and suggested that he quit the CCP. He said yes, so I helped him pick a fictitious name, “Deping,” which means that a person of high morals will be safe. He graciously thanked me.
“Windows to the Soul”
I told people the facts about Falun Dafa at a bus stop in 2018. A middle-aged man was waiting for a bus, so I asked him whether he had heard of quitting the CCP. He wanted to know if I was afraid of being arrested by the police. I said, “How can I not be afraid? But I also know there is a pandemic coming and many people will die from it. How will they avoid the calamity if I don’t tell them about quitting the CCP?”
I saw his eyes light up. Maybe his soul was shaken since the eyes are the windows to the soul. When I started telling him about Dafa, he knowingly missed the bus so he could continue listening. He gladly quit the CCP and thanked me afterwards.
“What You Said is True!”
I met a heavy-set youngster with a shaved head and tattoos covering his arms. I hesitated talking until I realized I should not miss the opportunity to save anyone.
“Young man, have you heard of quitting the CCP and its affiliates in order to keep safe?” I asked. He said no. I said, “It is right for us to fight for ourselves and our families, but not for the CCP. Do you agree?”
He said this was true. “Can you see how corrupt the CCP is nowadays?” “Yes it’s true,” he replied. “I believe the CCP is very corrupt!”
Seeing that he was a clear-minded person, I told him that Falun Dafa teaches people to follow Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and be good people. It is a cultivation way of the Buddha school, and one should never be against it. I clarified that the negative propaganda on TV and in the newspapers was all false. He said he understood. He told me he had joined the Young Pioneers. I suggested that he quit it from his heart, and he readily agreed.
I also met people who had been badly poisoned by the propaganda. Some called me names, some told me to go away, while others reported me to the police. However, none of them swayed my heart to save people.
I was reported by someone in 2020 and detained for ten days. I clarified the facts to three police officers during that period and got them to quit the CCP and its affiliates. I also did it for five people in the detention cell. Everyone praised me as being a good person.
An officer asked me to sign a transformation document, and I said, “By no means!” He then wanted me to sign another paper, but I rejected it too. He asked why it was so hard to get me to sign something. I replied, “If I sign something, not only is it not good for me, it’s also not good for you. You may not understand now, but you will in the future. I cannot do things that harm myself and others.” He took a look at me, then let me go home without saying a word.
