(Minghui.org) The documentary State Organs, which exposes the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) atrocity of harvesting organs from Falun Dafa practitioners while they are alive, was screened in the Members’ Office Building of the House of Councilors in Tokyo, Japan, on Human Rights Day, December 10, 2025. Mr. Haruo Kitamura, Member of the House of Councilors, addressed the audience and condemned the systematic organ harvesting in China.
State Organs, a 2025 Oscar Best Documentary Feature contender, was shown in the Members’ Office Building of the House of Councilors.
Mr. Haruo Kitamura, Member of the House of Councilors of Japan, addressed the audience.
Mr. Kitamura pointed out that there was mounting evidence that systematic organ harvesting exists, but the Chinese government hasn’t presented any convincing proof against it or agreed with the U.N. investigation. “If I were the judge, this is certainly a conviction,” he said. He strongly warned the Japanese people that any organ-transplant tour to China could cause another person to be murdered. He said that there was an immediate need for legislation.
Mr. Kitamura said that Falun Gong practitioners were victims of this inhuman crime. He praised them for their bravery in exposing these crimes despite risks to their personal safety. “It takes a lot of courage to expose the truth. I admire them for doing that,” he said.
Mr. Uchuu
Artist Mr. Uchuu praised Falun Gong practitioners for their compassion, strongly condemned the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and said its actions were the most wicked in the world. He said the principles of Falun Gong, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, will bring the world a bright future. He called on people to work together to raise their voices for justice.
Mr. Yamaguchi
Mr. Yamaguchi said that exposing the organ-harvesting in China was the first step in stopping it, and that everyone needed to overcome fear and make their voices heard.
Mr. Matsuda
After the screening, Mr. Matsuda said, “There are many people in the world who long for the truth and for change.” He strongly believes that the call to stop the organ-harvesting will grow stronger and stronger.
Mr. Taguchi encouraged Falun Gong practitioners to persist.
Another audience member named Itabashi told practitioners, “Never give up to the Chinese Communist Party! I'll certainly tell more people about it!”
Mr. Kawa wished to tell the Falun Gong practitioners who are persecuted, “What you stand for is right! Stand firm and never give up to the persecution!”
