(Minghui.org) I graduated from university in 2020. My father was our family’s sole support, he also practiced Falun Dafa but he became ill that year and passed away. I felt sad and lost but I needed to find a job Because of the lock down due to COVID it was hard to find a job. I often wondered why my family had so many tribulations.

My mother has practiced Falun Dafa for more than three decades. She told me that we should believe in Master and the Fa and said, “Let’s study the Fa,” so we read the teachings every day.

I got a job as a substitute teacher in a training center. My position was temporary so I didn’t know how long I’d be able to work there. One day my supervisor told me that a state-run school was looking for a teacher and he encouraged me to apply for the position. It was rare that a state-run school advertised that it was looking for someone, so I was very excited.

But, I wasn’t sure if I should apply because I hadn’t yet received my certification to teach. I read the advertisement carefully and found that it didn’t ask for a certified teacher due to the pandemic, if the applicant graduated in 2020. It only required a certificate in Mandarin and a specific major. I already had the Mandarin certificate, so I decided to give it a try. I prepared for the examination.

But I couldn’t help wonder if such a good position had been prearranged for someone with a connection. So many graduates were qualified to apply for this position. I then found a position in another training center and I decided to work as a full time replacement teacher. The exam time for the position in the state-run school was on Saturday—this was during the time I was teaching, so I decided to not take it.

But an unexpected arrangement appeared again. The new training center couldn’t be opened during the pandemic until an inspection was done. The boss of the training center was late on the inspection day. The pandemic prevention staff said they would inspect the building the following week, so all the classes were canceled. I was able to take the exam for the state-run school.

The exam consisted of a written test and interviews. The top three applicants who took the written exam would be interviewed. The written score was 40% and the interview score was 60%. The one who had the best score would get the position.

I wasn’t nervous the day the scores for the written exam were published, because I felt I wouldn’t be the top candidate. When I saw that I was, I jumped out of bed and shook my mother who was sitting on the floor sending forth righteous thoughts. I told her that I was the top one for the written exam. She said, “It was arranged by Master!” My confidence was suddenly boosted and I prepared for the interview.

On the interview day I saw another applicant who was about 170 cm tall (5 ft. 7 inches), had a nice complexion, and long, slender limbs. The position we were applying for was the dance teacher. My heart sank when I saw her. She was also a post graduate. She smiled and looked relieved when she saw me.

Master said,

“...as a cultivator should follow the course of nature. If something is yours, you will not lose it. If something is not yours, you will not have it even if you fight for it.” (Lecture Seven, Zhuan Falun)

I was interviewed first. When I entered the room I was given six minutes to prepare the lecture. I didn’t hear the clock ticking even though it was right in front of me. I only heard my nervous heart beats. I quickly planned the content of my lecture and I silently recited Master’s poem, “Fragrant Lotus” from Hong Yin II.

“The pure lotus is born from the FaCompassion spreads its fragrant scentSprinkling the world with sweet dewBlossoming lotuses fill Heaven’s courtyard”(“Fragrant Lotus,” Hong Yin II)

I then went to another room where there were seven interviewers, and I talked for six minutes. Master unlocked my wisdom. I was not nervous—instead I felt very relaxed. When I finished, they gave me a score of 90.

When the scores were published, I saw that I was the top one both for the written exam and the interview. But I was worried because I was afraid I might not pass the physical examination. My father had a hepatitis B infectious disease.

My heart was heavy as I went to the hospital to have a physical examination. But everything was fine. I hugged my mother and wept when I came out of the ward. When the school gave me the position I felt Master arranged everything.

I later passed the teacher qualification exam. I played the video, Heavenkid for my students and the music composed by practitioners when the students did the physical exercises. I did what I could to validate the Fa.

Many people say that I’m fortunate. I know it’s because Master is taking care of me. I was able to eliminate my negative thoughts. I realized that when I feel lost, hopeless or I became anxious, I must firmly believe in Falun Dafa and study the Fa. Master will show me the right path.

Thank you, Master, for your compassion and salvation!
