(Minghui.org) I have come to understand that submitting experience-sharing articles to commemorate World Falun Dafa Day (May 13) is very important. Why is this so important?
First of all, articles commemorating World Falun Dafa Day are intended to share the wonders of Falun Dafa, tell our cultivation stories to the general public, and clarify the facts about Dafa.
Dafa disciples must do the three things well, with truth-clarification being a key element. It does not matter whether or not our submission is accepted, as long as it focuses on Falun Dafa and clarifying the truth, we should cooperate as one body. Our submission is also serves as an examination of how well we share information about Dafa and expose the persecution. If accepted for publication, that’s even more significant.
Minghui.org is not solely for Dafa practitioners. Non-practitioners, including human rights organizations personnel and government officials from various countries also browse the Minghui website for information. Therefore, our submissions also play an important role in explaining the facts to such readers.
Additionally, several of the most impactful articles are published in Minghui periodicals or act as trustworthy sources for informational materials distributed within China and internationally.
Some articles are also used by media outlets run by Dafa practitioners outside China (including social media influencers) to provide information from different angles to their readers and listeners.
Think about it everyone. When a good article is reposted by numerous media outlets, and receives a huge number of views, how effective that would be. At this crucial time for saving people, as Dafa disciples, we have an unshakable responsibility to do this well.
For the sake of saving sentient beings, let us put our stories in writing to signify the wonderfulness of Falun Dafa and to be worthy of Master’s gracious salvation. We must not fail to live up to the expectations of sentient beings, either.
Secondly, submitting sharing articles to Minghui.org can also greatly benefit our own cultivation process.
We have a mutually-beneficial relationship with other people, and when they read our stories, they will recognize the wonderfulness of Falun Dafa and benefit. When they change their thinking for the better, divine beings will reduce their karma accordingly, and the more positively they view Falun Dafa, the brighter the future they will enjoy.
For Dafa disciples, when our articles help save sentient beings, we are fulfilling a righteous act and upholding pledges made eons ago, both of which hold significant importance.
Furthermore, writing a sharing article encourages us to be more diligent in our own cultivation. It also helps us cherish even more the precious opportunity we have to cultivate during the Fa-rectification period and deepen our gratitude toward Master for his compassionate salvation.
I feel very sad when I see some practitioners who don’t take the submission of writing articles to commemorate World Falun Dafa Day seriously. We don’t know how many more opportunities we will have.
