The Jiang regime's report claims that the airing of the video was accomplished by 18 people from Changchun City. ... it remains to be seen whether the story of the 18 accused people is indeed true, or if these 18 persons have nothing to do with it but are being wrongfully accused. They told people about the escalated persecution in Changchun, about the secret order to "kill without pardon," and about the kidnapping of over 5,000 Falun Gong practitioners in Changchun as of March 5.

This is the fifth Falun Gong practitioner confirmed tortured to death at Dalian Labor Camp.
