The Chinese authorities have been persecuting Falun Gong practitioners relentlessly in the notorious Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for over ten years. Many were severely tortured. Some of them have died, some were driven to insanity, and some became handicapped. Among them are Wang Yunjie (passed away), Wang Yan (passed away), Li Baojie (passed away) Tian Shaoyan (became insane), Huang Guifen (became handicapped), Tian Li (became handicapped), Liu Dianqin (became handicapped), and Zhao Shuyun (became handicapped).

But on this day, Falun Gong practitioner Huang Guang from Harbin City was on his way home when he met a pedestrian and told him about the persecution of Falun Gong. Soon he was arrested by police from the Zhengyanghe Police Station in the Daoli Section of Harbin City.
