A Chinese immigrant who came to the United States in 1973 told practitioners that she felt a sense of belonging when she heard the waist drums: “Their rhythm is very good, just like the beating of a heart. They are full of energy.”
Practitioners introduced Falun Dafa at the 500-year-old cistern and windmill built by Mimar Sinan in Bodrum City. The architect who restored the cistern offered the venue free of charge after hearing that Falun Dafa is taught for free.
Some people were very interested in learning the Falun Dafa exercises and signed up for the next free nine-day class. Other exhibitors asked if practitioners would be at the next market and said, “I hope to see you again next year”
